Vibratec S.A.
Visão geral
O que faz Vibratec S.A.?
Vibratec SA began its operations on April 2, 1990. Its main mission, at that time, was to fill the gap that existed in the industrial environment, for dynamic balancing services of rotating parts and predictive maintenance of machinery. Originally our activities were developed mainly in vibration analysis services for the identification of mechanical problems in rotating machinery; and in the repair and dynamic balancing of rotors in our workshop facilities. Over time the company evolved, without abandoning its initial core business. First, towards the sale and installation of permanent vibration monitoring systems for rotating machinery, with the representation of Bently Nevada in Ecuador (since 1994). Then, the commercialization and installation of retrofits of control systems in turbogenerators and BOP equipment [GE Global Controls (since 2004) and now currently with Baker Hughes Nexus (since 2019)]. Finally, the sale of spare parts and services for GE turbogenerators (since 2007) and spare parts for high-voltage electric motors from General Electric Power Conversion (since 2013). Currently, in addition to the permanent search to expand our coverage of services in Ecuador, we have started services and are in the process of expanding our presence in Latam and being a regional benchmark in maintenance of turbogenerators, installation of control systems in machinery of power generation, refineries and in the design and installation of permanent vibration monitoring systems for critical rotating machinery.
